The customer is responsible for all damages to rental equipment. This information will be provided in the contract we send out.
We use high quality balloons.
But in the summertime balloons must be in a shaded area. Since weather is always unpredictable we recommend having a backup plan.
We also want to let you know that all balloons will oxidize outside and extreme heat may pop the balloons.
If you are renting any of our equipment, customer is responsible for any damages that are done.
You can book us as soon as you have your event date. We suggest two weeks prior for small events, More time is needed for larger events. Please note some balloon colors may be on back order
We will send you the invoice and a contract to review. Once the retainer fee is paid your date is saved. The second payment is due one week prior to the event. We take all major credit cards, and bank transfers.
Installation varies on the what you are wanting for your celebration. It can vary from 1 hour to 2 1/2 hours.
